The JetbuiltGO app, designed for the iPad, serves as an effective tool for creating quotes for both Commercial and Residential AV, IT, and Security projects in collaboration with clients. It functions as a site companion to the web application, allowing real-time interaction between field teams and office staff during the quoting process. Key features include: Expedited project creation Customization of rooms and systems from predefined lists Instant photo capture at the site, with direct upload to the cloud Drag-and-drop functionality for items and bundles into designated rooms, with options for quantity and pricing adjustments Real-time updates on room totals and overall project costs The ability to “mute” specific rooms or systems to help clients reach their desired price point Direct presentation of final proposals with email dispatch capabilities Client signature functionality within the app to confirm project purchase
2. Project Management:
The app allows Field Technicians to conveniently access all assigned projects via their iPhones , providing visibility into task lists. Technicians can mark tasks as complete, facilitating seamless communication of progress back to Project Managers.
